Ingredients you will need
If you don’t have fresh dill you can substitute 1/3 teaspoon of dried dill. The flavor of dried herbs is far more concentrated than fresh.

Expert Tips & FAQs
- I mentioned above that you can use dried dill instead of fresh, but I highly recommend getting the fresh variety. The flavor is just so much better.
- In order for the flavors to mingle, it’s best to let this dill dressing sit in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before using. You certainly can use it right away if you wish!
- While this dill dressing is great on salads, you can also serve it with fried fish, or put in a bowl surrounded by fresh veggies for a great dill dip!

- 4 oz cream cheese cubed and softened
- ¼ cup small curd cottage cheese
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill fronds
- ½ teaspoon dried onion flakes

Instructions
- In work bowl fitted with metal blade, process cream cheese, cottage cheese, buttermilk, dill, onion flakes, pepper and salt until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- It's best to let flavors mingle by chilling in the fridge for a couple hours, but you can enjoy it immediately if you choose.

I love dill.In dressing in soups in casseroles>If I anyhow can marry it with other ingredients I will put it in.I love the smell .Always have it in my herb garden.Love the pretty yeloow flowerd too:)
